Juliana Ariffin completed a PhD in human immunology at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, The University of Queensland in 2015. She then worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. Juliana is passionate about science communication and currently volunteers as a science writer and editor-in-chief for Scientific Malaysian magazine.
